Meet Kevin
My wife Wendy and I have lived in Hemlock Valley for over fifteen years. We came up for the skiing and never really left. In that time I’ve helped a lot of neighbours buy their first mountain place, right-size into something easier to look after, and sell when it was time to move on.
Buying up here isn’t like buying in town. I’ll tell you straight about the access road in February, how the strata really works, and what a place actually costs to heat. No pressure, no jargon — just someone who lives here and picks up the phone.
